Executive Assistant - CEO

EAG is starting the search for an Executive Assistant to Support the CEO.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will serve as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring that day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives run smoothly. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CEO email and calendar management.
  • Executive team travel arrangements and event planning.
  • Meeting coordination and attendance/note taking.
  • Presentation preparation/drafts, research and reports.
  • Complete CEO T&E and PTO Approvals.
  • Liaise on behalf of the CEO with clients, executives, and partners.
  • Provide additional personal administrative support to the CEO as needed.

Position, Experience, and Educational Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Must be eligible to work for ANY employer in the United States; we are unable to sponsor H1B applicants at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with legal contract review and handling basic legal documents.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, Monday.com).
  • Experience coordinating with senior leadership.
